Why we built InterviewClimb

Interviewing is one of the highest-stakes conversations in anyone's career, and most people get very little real practice before it counts: a friend who's busy, a mirror, or nothing at all. InterviewClimb exists to close that gap: a practice partner that's available whenever you have ten minutes, that adapts to your background and target role, and that gives you specific feedback instead of generic advice.

Our approach

We didn't want to build another list of interview questions to memorize. Every practice session is built around structure, active recall, and repetition spaced over time, principles with a real track record in both interview coaching and learning research, not just a label. Privacy philosophy

Your interview data belongs to you.

Practicing an interview means talking through real experiences, sometimes real employers, and real career details. We treat that as sensitive by default. What we collect, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it are covered in full in our Privacy Policy.

Where we are

InterviewClimb is early and still growing. We're a small team building this because we felt the gap ourselves. We'll share more about who's behind it as we grow past beta.
